WHY
The theme song Believe is the first single from the forthcoming Reycling Inspiration compilation CD entitled: "PROJECT BELIEVE" "Because Music's Necessary" The goal is to unify recording artists and musicians to create music that will educate and inspire the dreams of our youth. The Believe single is rated RM (Responsible Music).

PUBLIC RECORDS PRODUCTIONS (PRP) is rated "RM" (Responsible Music) and classified as organized sound. Atlanta-based PRP producers have a high profile in real…instruments, vocals, music. Our signature sound is sealed and our client's concepts are strictly classified. Meaning, closed sessions and confidentiality agreements in place to protect the identity of the project before it goes public. In a collaborative effort, Xavier Artis, executive producer, provides "musical character" while principal producer L-Vis, "The Human Instrument," allows the music to breathe. PRP is currently spearheading the production of the Project Believe compilation CD, an initiative of Recycling Inspiration™. The company's initial focus is on inspirational, hip hop, R&B and pop markets, but look for a unique fusion of real sound organized in a new manner in the near future.

"PROJECT BELIEVE" "Because Music's Necessary" The goal is to unify recording artists and musicians to create music that will educate and inspire the dreams of our youth. The compilation album (produced by Public Records Productions) is influenced by the Recycling Inspiration theme song, Believe, and performed by the 30 member "RI Believe Youth Choir." Each choir member will be awarded a RI Believe Scholarship which reinforces RI's education through music philosophy. RI challenges others to provide a financial pledge to further develop the musical process through education.

RECYCLING INSPIRATION "The message is its credibility." We pose two questions: Do you recycle? …Do you Recycle Inspiration? Because no dream should be thrown away!

Through the Recycling Inspiration (RI)™ campaign, we unify the achievements of celebrities and noted entities to educate, encourage career development and inspire the dreams of our youth and the potential of humanity. RI secures awards previously-bestowed to leaders and celebrities (RI Ambassadors) in Entertainment, Sports, Business, Law, Politics/Government, Media, Spirituality and Sciences/Health . . . We then recycle them to youth and individuals who are building dreams (RI Citizens).

These Ambassadors include people of note like President Nelson Mandela; author and PR guru, Terrie M. Williams; dream team attorney, Johnnie L. Cochran, Jr.; singer/songwriters Michael Jackson, Beyonce, Destiny's Child, Butch Lewis, Michael Bolton and Mary J. Blige; music mogul Sean "P. Diddy" Combs; hip hop phenom Bow Wow; movie stars Denzel Washington and Eddie Murphy; Loews Hotels CEO Jonathan Tisch; Music World Music CEO Mathew Knowles; NBA point guard Charlie Ward; Shirley and Dr. Walter Massey (President of Morehouse College); Atlanta Mayor Shirley Franklin; ESSENCE magazine's Susan L.
